Incidence Reporting Digital Forms and Management
The creation of online and offline digital forms, including incidence reporting, is easy made using checkboxes, drop down menus, Likert scales, text fields, and logic rules. Psychosocial App - Mood Diary
The development of the Mood Diary, a digital mood tracking system is a welcome alternative with beneficial impact on monitoring mood and emotion in daily life.
The Mood Diary combines the functions of a journal with that of an emotional analysis tool. Part of its uniqueness lies in its collation of received emotional input into an emotion chart that allows for chronological measurement of the average emotional wellbeing of employees. It serves as an indicator of the emotional energy levels of the company workforce, hence, acting as a reference point to develop strategies for improved positivity in the workplace and consequently, overall employee motivation.
It also provides feedback based on imputed emotions in the form of tips for sustaining positive emotions and overcoming the negatives. In addition to this, it has a balance point for days when a person cannot cateforically put a name to what they fell. Alll data is saved into OOHMS management module. Psychosocial Self-Assessment Tool - Central Office and Home Office
This app gathers a range of psychosocial factors validated by a group of occupational/ industrial psychologists specifically for the Nigerian workplace. Two assessment formats have been developed to address psychosocial issues for office workers working from the central offices and home offices. 95% of most concerns gets resolved with the self- assessment tool which in turns saves the organisation the burden of consulting an Industrial/occupational psychologist. This includes;
- – Review of employee’s Psychosocial concerns
- – Provide immediate feedback on factors identified as a stressor.
- – Evidence based recommendations to help address stressor
- – Produce comprehensive documentation (if applicable)

Break App Reminder
The break app is the Oohm’s enterprise strategy towards helping workers overcome the adverse effects of prolonged sitting or standing while providing such benefits as
- Improvement of posture and blood flow to muscles, prevention and remedy of back pain and great stress relief. It also ensures adherence to routines by reminding workers of their schedules with the use of pop-up notifications.
The app adds a personalized touch in its function of customizable routines. Users can include or exclude exercises as their needs dictate. With over 50 3D animation exercises targeting all body segments, making our app intuitive and engaging. All data is saved into OOHMS management module. Office Ergonomics Self-Assessment and Adjustment tool - Central Office and Home Office
This app gathers general information about employee, including: demographic information, general health information, information regarding the employee’s work tasks and/or workstation set up. Two assessment formats have been developed to address office workers working from the central offices and home offices. 95% of most ergonomics concerns gets resolved with the self-adjustment tool which in turns saves the organisation the burden of consulting an ergonomist. This includes;
– Review of employee’s workspace to identify risks with workspace set-up
- Provide immediate feedback on adjustments to improve employee biomechanics and comfort
- Identify tools, equipment, and space modifications necessary for further improvement
- Produce comprehensive documentation and ordering instructions (if applicable)

Occupational Health Specialists
Expansion plans in Nigeria include our technology enabled Occupational health support services which will be populated and a notice to this effect will be made.
Within a year, we will be partnering Occupational health associations, which operates within the country. A shared common vision has endured and includes delivery of astounding results through effective, science-based, and practical injury prevention services and technology. Occupational Health Practitioners will include Ergonomist, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Psychologist, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor and Massage Therapist.

Games
Few games have been selected to entertain employees. This is another measure integrated to help employees relax better. Future plans will involve competitions among colleagues which it’s believed to foster better social work culture. This promises to be an exciting feature.
